2.     Branch Circuit Panel <= 400A – 13EA

3.     MCC: Safety Disconnects – 11EA

4.     Individual Disconnect Switch – 51EA

5.     Transformer Dry <= 600V => 250Kva – 6EA

 

The scope of work for this project

Step1

a)    Perform predictive and proactive services to all listed electrical equipment.

b)    Collect all required data for calculations/breaker coordination study.

 

Step2

a)    Utilizing SKM software to determine the incident energy in cal/cm21

b)    Performing a mitigation study and offering recommendations on all points at Hazard Level and above.

 

Step3

a)    Provide and affix approved Arc Flash Labels.

b)    Provide an updated single-line electrical diagram

c)     Provide a written electrical safety plan.

d)    Provide documentation for the calculation study and maintenance performed on the listed electrical equipment.

 

* 추가서비스

Alabama power 측 pole, transfomer는 Crosbyeletric 측에서 점검이 불가하나 Infrared thermographic imaging service를 제공하여 온도 관측을 무료로 진행해 줄 것이다.

 

Alabama power 측 pole, transfomer에 HOT SPOT(과열점)이 관측되면 Korens 측 pole, fuse transformer, main circuit breaker, circuit breaker에 Bad power가 흐를 수 있다.

 

이 경우 Alabama power와 연락하여 조치를 취하여야 한다.

1. 수행 일자 09.11.23, 견적 : $3,313.00 에 대한 Purchase order를 Steve(Crosbyeletric)에 전달 필요

2. Shawn이 직접 방문 및 추가 필요 사항에 대한 점검
